Motion

The title sequence. Every film opens on it, so the studio is recognised before the work starts.

Timings

0.0s - 1.4s	The reveal	Void. The emblem rises out of the black, held from below, its lower point arriving last.
1.4s - 2.8s	The dispersion	A band of light crosses the chrome from left to right, and the edge of the metal breaks into its spectrum as it passes.
2.8s - 3.8s	The settle	The emblem comes to rest, the light clears, and the reflection steadies beneath it.
3.8s - 5.2s	The name	MELTED AXIS sets beneath in Space Grotesk, tracked wide, in Chrome on Void.
5.2s - 6.0s	The line	IDENTITY, ARTWORK, MOTION fades up below in Alloy.

Rules

The sequence is 6 seconds. It is never shortened and never looped.
Sound is optional. It works in silence, which is how it plays on a stall at a trade show.
The dispersion band crosses once, left to right, in 1.4 seconds.
Type is Space Grotesk, tracked wide. Never centred type inside a card.
